- Early check-in is from 08:00 on the day of arrival and late check-out is until 18:00 on the day of departure.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation is free 7 days prior to arrival.
- 50% cancellation fee within 7 -3 days.
- In the event of cancellation or no-show within 2 days, the total amount will be billed.
Terms of payment:
- Transfer 50% of the total amount to our bank account within 5 days of booking.
- The balance of the reservation must be paid at the hotel on arrival or departure.
- In case of non-payment, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
