Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation is free 72 hours prior to arrival.
- 30% cancellation fee within 72 -24 hours.
- In the event of cancellation or no-show within 24 hours, the total amount will be billed (100%).
Terms of payment:
- Transfer 30% of the total amount to our bank account within 10 days of booking.
- The balance of the reservation must be paid at the hotel on arrival or departure.
- In case of non-payment, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
