Cancellation policy

The voucher can be used at a time agreed with the hotel in advance, depending on availability. The voucher cannot be cancelled, but it is possible to change the date within the travel period. No further discount can be applied to the price of the voucher, and it cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions! The vouchers are not for a specific date, so the date of arrival must be agreed with the hotel. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
