The gift voucher can be redeemed depending on hotel availability until the expiry date stated on the voucher.
Cancellation of the voucher is not possible.

Vouchers are not valid for a specific date, so the arrival date must be booked in advance at the reception.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
