The price does not include
- Tourist tax: 0,97 € / person / night; Children 7 – 17.99 years 0,97 € / person / night.
- One-time registration fee: 1 € / person / stay.

- Extended day: 7 € / person / night
- Dog on a leash: 3 € / night
- Daily fee for an empty caravan: 5 € / night
- Electricity: 6 € / night
- Child until 5,99 years old free
- Child 6-11,99 éves years old 9 € / person /night
Cancellation policy:
- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.
- If cancelled within 72-24 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% must be paid.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% has to be paid.
Terms of payment:
- When booking, a deposit of 30% must be paid within 10 calendar days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
- The remaining amount is to be paid either before arrival or on site using the final invoice.
- In the event of non-payment, the room reservation will be automatically cancelled.
