The price includes
- Accommodation in the selected room type

The price does not include
- Tourist tax: 1,94 € / person / night; Children 7 – 17.99 years 0,97 € / person / night.
- One-time registration fee: 1 € / person / stay.
Further information:
- Check-in from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, check-out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- In the event of early arrival and late departure, the luggage room is available to guests. If the room capacity allows, the room is available to guests with a late check-out for a fee.
- Pets are allowed for a fee: 10 € / night (only in the apartment village).
- Payment options: Cash, EC card / credit card / bank transfer.
Cancellation policy:
- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.
- If cancelled within 72-24 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% must be paid.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% has to be paid.
Terms of payment:
- When booking, a deposit of 30% must be paid within 10 calendar days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
- The remaining amount is to be paid either before arrival or on site using the final invoice.
- In the event of non-payment, the room reservation will be automatically cancelled.
