Culinary stew cooking competition. Teams from Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina are participating.

5th Minestrijada in Lendava – A Popular Culinary Event

Organized by the members of the Association for Preserving the Traditions of Primorci and Istrani in Prekmurje.

The event will take place in Pince Marof, where visitors will enjoy a stew cooking competition – featuring minestra, a traditional dish from the Primorska region, once commonly found on the tables of their ancestors.

Visitors will have the opportunity to taste various versions of minestra.

In addition, other culinary specialties will be available to enrich the experience.

Enjoy delicious flavors, live music, and great company – all in a warm and unforgettable atmosphere.
